The Uttar Pradesh government has appointed the former chairman of the University grant committee (UGC), Dhirendra Pal Singh, as an education counselor, said a spokesperson.
The Uttar Pradesh government has delegated the previous director of the College award board of trustees (UGC), Dhirendra Buddy Singh, as a training instructor, said a representative. Teacher Singh was leader of the UGC from 2018 to 2021.
