Bollywood stars have had a busy schedule this week with back to-back Diwali parties and we are not complaining at all. Tonight’s Diwali party is being hosted by Bhumi Pednekar. The actress, who has multiple film releases lined up, scooped some time out of her busy schedule and hosted a Diwali party for her industry friends in Mumbai on Friday night. Bhumi picked a multicolored lehenga for the festivities. The actress stepped out for a photo-op session at the beginning of her party. Bhumi was accompanied by her sister Samiksha Pednekar, who was equally stunning in a silver lehenga. The sister duo greeted the paparazzi stationed outside the party venue with bright smiles.

Among the early guests were Rajkummar Rao and wife Patralekhaa, Rakul Preet Singh and boyfriend Jackky Bhagnani.  Kajol and Ajay Devgn’s daughter Nysa was also clicked arriving at the party.

Bhumi Pednekar made her Bollywood debut in 2015 with the romantic comedy film Dum Laga Ke Haisha, co-starring Ayushmann Khurrana. She was last seen in Raksha Bandhan, co-starring Akshay Kumar. Next, she will be seen in Govinda Naam Mera, co-starring Vicky Kaushal and Kiara Advani, The Lady Killer, co-starring Arjun Kapoor and Bheed with Rajkummar Rao. She will also star in Meri Patni Ka Remake with Arjun Kapoor, Rakul Preet Singh.

She has featured in films like Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, opposite Akshay Kumar, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan, co-starring Ayushmann Khurrana, and Netflix’s Lust Stories, in a segment directed by Zoya Akhtar. She also starred in Sonchiriya, Saand Ki Aankh, Bala and Pati Patni Aur Woh, to name a few.
