The officer fired the woman after 13 years as ineligible, did not ignore the letters of many ministers, now the woman is wandering from door to door
According to the orders of the officers, ministers and administration are being followed in Madhya Pradesh. It would not be wrong to say that the arbitrariness of the officers in the state is at its peak, as a result of this many officers and responsibilities have been suspended from the stage by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh himself in the last few days.
In such a situation, another case of the arbitrariness of the officer has come to the fore. From Sidhi district of Madhya Pradesh, where DK Singh’s arbitrariness, posted as Executive Engineer (EE), got so heavy to a woman that she was declared ineligible after working in the same department for 13 years
Now that woman is stumbling from door to door to get her rights, while other daily wage earners. The woman who had joined is still working.
Madhya Pradesh OBC Employees Union came in support of women
Madhya Pradesh Backward Classes Officer and Employees Union’s Provincial President KP Kurmvanshi told that Batasia Devi, a woman working in the Public Works Department of Sidhi district, was giving continuous services for 13 years, but one day suddenly without any reason how can the woman be removed as ineligible. Is.?
While two other workers Manmohan Singh and Shriram Bhushan who joined with Batasia Devi are still serving as permanent workers, if the woman (Batasia Devi) is ineligible, then how the other two workers are eligible.? And at the same time when both these persons are eligible, then how can a woman be ineligible?
Woman fired after 13 years of job, what is the matter.?
Backward Classes Association President KP Kurmvanshi said that three daily wage earners were hired on letter number 7106 dated 26.09.003 in the Public Works Department of Sidhi district. In which daily wage earners Manmohan Singh, Shri Ram Bhushan Mishra, and Batasia Devi were hired. One day suddenly, after calling Batasia Devi illegal recruitment, after 13 years, the woman was fired from her job without any reason stating that she was ineligible, while two other daily wage earners were still working as permanent workers.

During the departmental proceedings, Mr. Kurmvanshi informed that state ministers/MLA Kamleshwar Patel, MLA Sidhi, Ramkhelawan Patel, Minister of State, Suresh Dhakad, while issuing the order, write a letter. A departmental inquiry committee was also constituted, but even after the committee was called several times, Executive Engineer DK Singh did not attend nor did he answer any call.
